MenNation Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the mennation website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mennation regarding your use of the Service. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mennation, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We make no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from mennation or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or use the account deletion tools provided within your account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
